A happier, healthier 2016
Well, its been a whirlwind few weeks with christmas and my daughter's wedding. I am very busy around the holidays as people are often struggling more emotionally than the rest of the year . While I don't feel like making New Year's resolutions works out well (92% are not kept by end of year), I do believe the beginning of a new year is a great time to reflect back on the year and look at how to move towards improvement in the new year.
In the next series of blogs I will cover four foundational corners of health and ways to make some changes in each area to become happier and healthier. Stay tuned
