Understanding Trapped Emotions

All throughout life, every day, we experience hard, negative emotions. Very often we are too busy or it is not safe to process those feelings.  Our society does not make a space for this.  They then become "trapped" in our subconscious somewhere.  They are like little jingle balls.  Whenever something with similar meaning or feeling occurs, those "balls" (which are energetic in nature) "jingle" (vibrate) and we relive an unpleasant or painful emotion from our past.  However, we do not realize it is from the past and so we attribute 'truths' about this experience to present day, often causing reactive thoughts, judgments, emotions and/or behaviors.  Our world is a conglomeration of what we have attracted from these constantly jingling "balls" of energy that are trapped emotions and negative beliefs that resulted.
