Steps to Peace

In my book, 30 Days to Peace and Joy, I give ways to bring about changes in your life. Removing low frequency emotions such as fear, anxiety, worry lead to raising our frequency to higher states of vibration like peace and joy.

I have been inundated with news of heaviness and struggle from friends and clients these past several weeks and I know that August and Sept were especially tough for those anticipating negative events in the US due to Biblical prophecy and events. But fear and focusing on negative only brings about low frequency vibrational states, empowers what you fear giving it the energy to grow.

The answer lies in Philippians 4:8:

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you."

When we focus on positive, our vibrations raises, we empower the solution and glorify God. High vibration states attract good things in your life. Begin to rid your life of negative influences little by little and be a philippians 4:8 practicer in all you think. You will notice a change Depression, worry anxiety will begin to lift off of your life and new hope and positive things will begin to find you.
